Γιωργος Λαππας

Ο Γιώργος Λάππας γεννήθηκε το 1950 στο Κάιρο. Από μικρή ηλικία πηγαίνει συχνά με τον πατέρα του στο μουσείο του Καΐρου και παρατηρεί τις χιλιάδες των εκτεθειμένων έργων σε διαφορετικά μεγέθη. Το 1958 η οικογένειά του επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα λόγω των διώξεων από το καθεστώς Νάσερ, και έτσι ολοκληρώνει το γυμνάσιο στο Κολλέγιο Αθηνών. Στην εφηβεία του επισκέπτεται μανιωδώς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους όπως αυτούς του Κεραμεικού και της Βραυρώνας, ψάχνοντας και εξετάζοντας αρχαιολογικά θραύσματα.
